Registration
Full-time attendance is expected from all participants. There
are some exceptions with advanced notice. Consult your I.V. Staff Worker.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When register, you will be asked to fill out a release
and medical information form. If you are under the age of 18 at the time,
you will also need the signature of a parent guardian. Obtain the required
signature and follow the instructions.
Register and pay your non-refundable deposit online via PayPal or
e-check.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register for Basileia.
This is the only means to register for Basileia 2008. If you are not able to do
this, please email us at
basileia@ivcfnynj.org. If you are receiving help from a school check
your deposit will be refunded to you after the conference. All bus money
must be paid during the registration process as well (bus money is
non-refundable as well UNLESS we fill up all of the spots on the buses).
Please also have
your medical insurance and emergency contact information when you register.
Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate knowing if you have to cancel your
registration for any reason.
Please note that your $100 registration deposit is non-refundable.
It is NOT possible for your registration fee to be applied to another student.
