From one Joyful yes to another!

A huge smile stretched across her face, "Doing outreach to strangers was a moment that brought me joy!" Shariah shared in a time of prayer. She was at Urbana, our triennial global missions conference and Shariah's ongoing encounter with God was full of life!

Lisa, the campus missionary for Shariah's school, was watching what God was doing in Shariah and felt prompted to challenge her to more intentional missions on campus! (We never have to go overseas to join in the mission of God !)

It was in a circle of Shariah's peers that Lisa asked an intense question, "Do you want to be a leader on campus? Do you want to lead others into encounters with Jesus like this? 

"Sure!" came Shariah's joyful response. And ever since, she has been stepping into that joy, asking Jesus how to faithfully follow him today, longing to say "yes" each time there's an opportunity.
