About TCNJ Ministry
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is a diverse campus that is spiritually hungry and curious. InterVarsity's faithful witness of 70+ years on campus has yielded a chapter of 180+ students that long to reach the whole campus. From focused ministry corners to running a vibrant NSO that reaches the whole, residents will grow in love for God and have the opportunity to develop world-changers.
Unique Opportunities
Residents will work across the entire range of staff work. As we long to reach every corner of TCNJ's campus, residents will learn how to work in different focus ministry contexts, including Athletes, Greek Life, and La Fe. Residents will participate in hosting catalytic events, and even get the opportunity to run a winter retreat.
At Central/South NJ InterVarsity's “hub”, residents will get to see what it’s like to host a Day of Consecration and an XLG. Just a 15-minute drive from 4 other InterVarsity chapters, residents will gain perspective on what different chapters in the movement look like. Residents will also get to play a part in reaching the beach as we plant along the Jersey Shore!
Residents on this team will join a staff team that loves to work and play together! On your off-days you can adventure in NYC or Philly, discover main-street hangouts in local spots like Princeton and Yardley, or relax at the Jersey shore.
