"I met 2 new friends this week!"

It started with a random "hi" to a pastor friend at a coffee shop. This pastor then introduced Lisa to her first new friend. This connection was an answer to prayer! Lisa, the area ministry director for NYC and Long Island is always praying, "Lord send more laborers into your harvest" and God hears her! Judy, this new friend, after only a few minutes of conversations said, "Can I apply to work as a missionary? God has been doing something new in my life and I want in!"

So the first new friend is applying to join the missionary team! Praise God.

Lisa's second new friend came on a prayer walk at Hofstra. Abraham had been praying for God to move among college campuses in NYC and Long Island for years. With joy and a bounce in his step, he joined Lisa on campus. After a morning of seeing the campus and God's heart for the students, he turned to Lisa, filled with a determined joy.

"You need so much help. I want to give a large financial gift to help. And I want to figure out what else I can do!
