Meeting Jesus at a Halloween Party

The Rider men's group felt like a flop. No one showed up - it was literally the leader in a room by himself singing praise songs. Long after it was supposed to start, another student joined.

"Why don't we go to the Halloween event the campus is holding and tell people about Jesus?" So they go to do outreach at the campus event. We know Jesus is at work when a busted small group turns into an opportunity to witness to the goodness of Jesus.

As they're having conversations at this campus party, one of the students says "yes" to follow Jesus as Savior and Lord. Praise God!

The student came for the Halloween party and left with the best treat one could ever receive - Jesus Himself!
